Working experience is fine but there not having any appreciation or salary growth I am nervous about this company and aslo sitting on client office

They are having bond about 2 years you have to complete 2 years compulsory and senior management is not good having nepotism.it is Chennai basis company of you want growth they are hiring 3-4 years experience and giving 20k to 25k salary.some manager is not working R D dislike.

Here nothing is just good for like , for outsiders special being north indian you will definitely face hate here by managers , HR, and management, only tamil is preferred here

In 5 days work pattern work is good here , but for 6 days pattern nothing as in favour of employee you will continuously work for 10 days and then they will give weekoff because for 6 days pattern no fixed weekoff is there , and company given holiday is also not provided for 6 days pattern employees , no WFH allowed here it's like hell for employees

There is more politics in this company, even the manager(yuvaraj) doesn't know, what is the task is given by client, they doesn't know itself what is the requirement and they are blaming the whole team for not working, if they doesn't know the task means, they will assign the task to the employee and they releiving the employees andtold the client like, they have relieved, so only, they doesn't finished that task, full of politics, I will not recommend this company...Read More

There is no work to do you have to work at client side it may be banks mostly and the places are crowded sit and take salary easy if you think you'll get to learn hold on it's not the right place but job security salary work culture chilled and healthy environment.
