Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I am working at HDFC Bank IT department at Kanjurmarg East,No doubt Bank staff is so much good On site Team Leader from FSS and Team mates are behaving weird. Team leader only takes Week off after 6 day's of working but other team members are working for 7,8,9,10 or upto 15,16 days continuously after that team leader gives them one week off only. Manager,Senior. Manager and Head which are appointed for HDFC Bank site from FSS don't care about onsite team even not visit on site once in month. I have joined in 2022 after that I haven't celebrated one festival with my family on all festive holidays I am working On site. If I tried to complain about this issue We are providing holiday wages to employee is the answer from FSS. As per company 6 days working policy but On site we have to work 8 to 10 days with extra working hours after that we get one week off. Night shift is only RS.250 per night duty which is very low. In 5 days work pattern work is good here , but for 6 days pattern nothing as in favour of employee you will continuously work for 10 days and then they will give weekoff because for 6 days pattern no fixed weekoff is there , and company given holiday is also not provided for 6 days pattern employees , no WFH allowed here it's like hell for employees
