Team politics , scrape goat been made of the employees for the fault of the management they seem to have no idea where to lead the business. Be aware of one employee in marketing , she seems to be on a holiday every other day and will make her work force upon operations and sales. When we ask for her help she is never there at work and if she is she wont do it. Im planning to quit soon

The manager of dehradun team Mrs Kamya Arora is very arrogant and when senior head who is at Mumbai Miss Jinal Trivedi is also very rude and impolite person. Both will show you how that can use there positions to degrade you and how there favour can save impolite and non performing employees from getting eliminated from company. No one in the company has a professional approach and no one in company knows how to talk to someone in a professional way. They will keep insulting u every now and then. No appreciation for hard work done and constant comparison from other employee that they are better than is there because that employee is having some one or the Godfather or mother in the company. Poor management, favoritism and internal politics are prevalent. The New VP of engineering displays narcissistic behavior leading to potential targeting during layoffs and PIPs. The company relocated tech team from Hyderabad to Mumbai and merely within 2 months conducted mass firing/layoffs, Disregarding efforts and investment made by employees The WLB and overall culture are highly unsatisfactory. Demands working until late hours, sometimes until 2/3 AM during releases. They have some products whose codebase is so pathetic that you will get nightmares working, and managers without understanding this technical problem they will expect you to deliver in short time without taking any steps to improve/optimize codebase. The majority of workload revolves around monolithic applications, requiring redundant CRUD APIs. Regrettably, there are limited to no opportunities to learn crucial aspects of software engineering, such as scaling, microservices, event driven architecture, containerization, design patterns etc.. Initially from the outside the company seems to be doing well with good business and all but its all false. The company is falling apart and the FOUNDERS are to be blamed for.

There is nothing much to do. No clear objective of where the business is heading. Senior Heads of various departments have created a mess within the organisation. Lots of internal politics where several of my colleagues were been fired. Some employee just take leaves at her/he leisure going away from work for months at an end and the sales team is always been forced to bring business which is quite difficult as the sales team is the only team that is functioning whereas this employee is the talk of the office with absense. One of the founder is rarely at the office. The other founder is a lost soul. Other founders just move round and about. Investors should thou roughly check business numbers being shown to investors. You take the heat, learn everything by yourself, take efforts to resolve issues, but in the end you are asked to leave and new hiring is done. Favouritism and politics tops here as well. Knee Jerk decisions of the management. Suddenly they decided to stop operations on several projects and lay off the teams, without any contingency plan. They they started making contingency plans. Then retained 2 developers. Even they are not sure of what they are doing
