Initially from the outside the company seems to be doing well with good business and all but its all false. The company is falling apart and the FOUNDERS are to be blamed for.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to do. No clear objective of where the business is heading. Senior Heads of various departments have created a mess within the organisation. Lots of internal politics where several of my colleagues were been fired. Some employee just take leaves at her/he leisure going away from work for months at an end and the sales team is always been forced to bring business which is quite difficult as the sales team is the only team that is functioning whereas this employee is the talk of the office with absense. One of the founder is rarely at the office. The other founder is a lost soul. Other founders just move round and about. Investors should thou roughly check business numbers being shown to investors. Dislikes

There are so many negative aspects of working in this organisation. 1) There is no clear effort from the senior management to overlook the operations of every department. This leads to leisure for that departmental head and thus things are taken for granted. 2) The founders may be genuinely intelligent but it is very evident that they lack the acute business sense. They aren’t well versed of how to run a business and how to grow it. Currently within the organisation nobody knows in which direction our company is headed. 3) Genuine hardworking employees were been fired at the cost of the management not producing enough business. 4) Several Employees are been hired at exorbitant salaries wherein their daily work includes close to none. The management needs to honestly create a proper review of these employees and check if they are being paid according to their work , qualifications and market standards. 5) I honestly feel there is very little growth left in the company as investors will start to pull out their funding. 6) The business development/ Sales team have also been shifting their organisation quickly. 7) The Tech Team is also in a mess....Read More

Team politics , scrape goat been made of the employees for the fault of the management they seem to have no idea where to lead the business. Be aware of one employee in marketing , she seems to be on a holiday every other day and will make her work force upon operations and sales. When we ask for her help she is never there at work and if she is she wont do it. Im planning to quit soon

You are expected to work 24/7 not just your own profile but overall other departments as well. You take the heat, learn everything by yourself, take efforts to resolve issues, but in the end you are asked to leave and new hiring is done. Favouritism and politics tops here as well.
