The initial high salary been offered is the only plus point of this organisation.

There are so many negative aspects of working in this organisation. 1) There is no clear effort from the senior management to overlook the operations of every department. This leads to leisure for that departmental head and thus things are taken for granted. 2) The founders may be genuinely intelligent but it is very evident that they lack the acute business sense. They aren’t well versed of how to run a business and how to grow it. Currently within the organisation nobody knows in which direction our company is headed. 3) Genuine hardworking employees were been fired at the cost of the management not producing enough business. 4) Several Employees are been hired at exorbitant salaries wherein their daily work includes close to none. The management needs to honestly create a proper review of these employees and check if they are being paid according to their work , qualifications and market standards. 5) I honestly feel there is very little growth left in the company as investors will start to pull out their funding. 6) The business development/ Sales team have also been shifting their organisation quickly. 7) The Tech Team is also in a mess....Read More

It was excellent till 2022. Great culture and team bonding till Sept 2023. The CEO was honest

Dislikes

The sales team was headed by unprofessional toxic management in 2022. Zero respect for women. The earlier CBO and cofounder maintained great balance between work and self respect. The new management seems to be straight out of a coal mine who believe whipping employees and terminate them when they are not able to perform in their toxic culture.

Poor management, favoritism and internal politics are prevalent. The New VP of engineering displays narcissistic behavior leading to potential targeting during layoffs and PIPs. The company relocated tech team from Hyderabad to Mumbai and merely within 2 months conducted mass firing/layoffs, Disregarding efforts and investment made by employees The WLB and overall culture are highly unsatisfactory. Demands working until late hours, sometimes until 2/3 AM during releases. They have some products whose codebase is so pathetic that you will get nightmares working, and managers without understanding this technical problem they will expect you to deliver in short time without taking any steps to improve/optimize codebase. The majority of workload revolves around monolithic applications, requiring redundant CRUD APIs. Regrettably, there are limited to no opportunities to learn crucial aspects of software engineering, such as scaling, microservices, event driven architecture, containerization, design patterns etc.. Team politics , scrape goat been made of the employees for the fault of the management they seem to have no idea where to lead the business. Be aware of one employee in marketing , she seems to be on a holiday every other day and will make her work force upon operations and sales. When we ask for her help she is never there at work and if she is she wont do it. Im planning to quit soon
