Company is quite good for freshers, can learn a lot. Some people from Management are best.

Dislikes

Management changes rules every on every 15 days. Some people of Management are worst as you can think. Internal politics. Relatives of owner working in same company treat employees as worst. Office is full of artificial plants,underground after some days it feels drowsy .

Work atmosphere not healthy , employees skills are not utilize or else utilize to some unwanted work , unorganized work led to waste of time.

work in all departments in initial days , spent some in production and service but most of the time in sales and other sales related work like marketing, cold visit , negotiation , quotation making, exhibition

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
