If you are close to Centre Head, only then you join FIITJEE. Approximately 90% of FIITJEE's Centre Heads are corrupt. There is no any importance of Talent, only buttering is highly appreciated in this company.Only relatives and close peoples are Centre Heads get promoted and rest of the people work like donkeys because of fear of Centre Head. There is very dirty politics in FIITJEE. What the Centre Head said is governance, the rules made by the company have to shown. There is no any rule for Centre Heads nor their relatives as well as their close peoples. If you complain to the management, then the management does take any action on it and forwards your email to the Centre head. You can say that from top to bottom all they are corrupt. They have a huge contribution in ruining a company like FIITJEE. There is a saying in Hindi that one fish messes up the whole pond. So now that the pond like FIITJEE has become dirty, it has become difficult to live here. Today till Aug 11, 2019 there is still a hope the FIITJEE can progress again if these corrupt people are shown their status in the company or they are taken care of.
