Roles and Responsibilities
Computer hardware & software troubleshooting and End user support.
Good knowledge of ZOOM, Teams, and other video-conferencing applications.
Sound knowledge in DNS, DHCP, POP3, SMTP, FTP Configuring & Outlook Configuring.
Configure and diagnose server problems installation and upgradation of computers, network components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to manage Service Providers / ISPs / Vendors etc.
Compile & validate IT requirements over the short & longer term and arrange their procurement, installation, support etc.
Troubleshooting operating system/hardware/software/network/peripherals.
Performing computer systems/backups/restore & preventive maintenance on computer equipment.
Manage centralized System software/antivirus updates & configuration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have basic knowledge of information security best practices.
