Job profile :

1) Hardware installation, maintenance and repair for desktops, laptops and servers.

2) Advance level of Operating system installation and troubleshooting.

3) Installation of Antivirus and other Security application in the system on requirement basis.

4) Remote assistance and troubleshooting for L1 to L3 Support.

5) Configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers & switches).

6) Experience handling windows AD environment, O365, Windows Servers, Firewall, VPN, and Network troubleshooting.

7) Wireless network setup, configuration & troubleshooting.

8) VPN (Virtual Private Network) setup in all systems.

9) Endpoints and servers backup and restore.

10) SAP Basic activities i.e. PR creation, Stock checking ,Ageing Monitoring, Material Issue etc..

11) Oversee inventory management of software and hardware components.

12) VIP Users Support experience and knowledge of SIEM tool is a plus

13)Knowledge and understanding of IT Documentation.
