This is like a bania company no job security. It is better to not join this company and have peace of mind. Especially under the manager paras kharbanda. There is no work life balance and you can be asked to leave the company any time without any compensation. They will say if you will not resign without compensation we will give negetive feedback to your next employer.

Poor Management, especially the direct manager. If you have any small conflict with your manager, they ruin your career and put you on your worst rated employee list, even worst part is, the higher management doesn't do anything about it. The micromanagement is really a nightmare. The more work you do, the more work you get with minor appreciation.
