They do not give salary on time. They steal Agents Incentives. People in management are liar. They only wants there profit. They will give false dates for salary. They steal PF & Income tax also.

Fierce Hound Media and Consulting Pvt. Ltd.'s biggest strength is the balance they offer between one's work life and private life. Since it's a relatively new company in the market, there are many opportunities for growth, which when compared to the market, is faster than most.

Dislikes

The company underwent management changes 2 years ago, and there have been many negative consequences of that change. There is no formal training in the company and any on the job training is dependent on the lead that you get. The company has a history of intense politicking which has driven many employees out of the company. The man agement's attitude towards problem solving and crisis management is unprofessional, and aggressive. Their go to reaction is to blame the employee, which in turn weakens the organisation from within. The work environment borders on hostile most of the time. The management does not value the lead's professional opinions. Apart from this, there is little to no room for innovation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
