They change the system rules too much and expect the employes to adhere that in an instant.. speaking about the shifts they set the shift as they want to...after one week or after two week..and what you work is not enough the salary they give.

It's been an absolute pleasure to work with FIS.
FIS shifted our process to other company now, but I will really miss FIS as it was my first ever job in an MNC like FIS.
They give salary in the month end and they give you salary in the morning and when you wake up, your face lights up that yes the money is credited.
