I was hired for Amex CMMI process at the time of training I had discussion with the trainer and the same day I was told to leave the company, the HR didn’t even listen to me or gave me a chance to speak HR asked me my resignation.....

Can't say the management was not good employee satisfaction is missing as per the industry standard they pay good amount however It doesn't seem to be a employee centric organization.
Dislikes
Shifts , no work life balance is there they treat you like machines every 2nd or third week they will change your shift timings. No trainings are there no skill development neither any sort of Job Shadowing is there. If you want to advance yourself in term of skills you have to crack the IJP no additional effort is there. May be my experience was bad however if I would have option to join my pervious organization in future I would prefer concetrix DAKSH which was my earlier organization than FIS....Read More
