Good food, Job security, Shift timing 8:30 am to 6 pm (at most ), no client calls at night,

Micro management huge micromanagement, if you are managers fav then even if your skills are zero you are the super star, Huge work pressure, feels single person is driving the project Leaves needs to be discussed at least one month prior to taking At the time of appraisal escalations starts to pop up, means random escalations, login time is strict 8:30 am you must login by it, you were not available at lunch time for 30 mins etc. etc. Lead suppose you must complete his work and he will take the cherry over it Over all, micro management is worst....Read More
