I was very happy at fico but no one was happy that I am there.

Let me give you an example. I was with full motivation to work in an analytics company. My first project was disastrous. Nothing out of the box thing was shown to me and I was taught how to copy paste even the documentation was copy paste. No quality and no discussion was done as compared to others project. They were given very longprojects, project managers used to discuss with them, sit with them hours for the meeting and no harassment was done. When I was trying to harass some junior then other people used to come to support them and when someone used to come to me to harass me, no one even my seniors who used to sit infront of me used to speak for me. I was taken outby everyones contribution. My own manager used to frustrate me so much just because her son was taken out by my honest but unintentional feedback. My manager made my life hell till I got out infact they celebrated my exit by having parties on that day and posting it on fb. With other people, they were spoonfeeded and then sent to jpmc and other companies. For me, I was sent to a srartup where no data science team was there which is good but no grooming was done and more focuswas on building forceful relationship which is not possible from a person who has just lost his important relationships. One colleague of mine came to me to harass me as he came to know that my project is with someone with whom his chemistry is good. As he came to know his next project is with my senior, he came to me to forgive him and I disnt say anything because unlike him I was not going to do anything wrong to him. My seniors was aware of the situation but they were so dumb that they thought any other company will give me happiness and so they took me out and announced that I am going in search of a new venture. Work Details

My seniors have a wrong perception of mine because of my first project. It was their mistake otherwise I was fully motivated to learn anything deeply. Now they under rate me and dont give me anything. Basically I feel helpless after my job at fico.
