There are no strict policies from HR. It changes according to people. Nice seniors. Helpful environment to learn. Work culture is good and helps in overall development.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. Too much load on too less people. Renumeration not in line with the amount of work that is expected to be done. Increments are not very good. Basically, they want higher returns but do not want high investments.
