NOTHING AT ALL. very poor work culture. worst work-life balance.

Dislikes

everything, especially the heads, they say GAT is not hired to learn, they are for extra helping hands. which is against the govt act on apprentices. HR head Pankaj Pradeep is just an insect in the company, he is just rotting down the company, eating it completely. you have to work 7 days a week, no weekly off, mostly work 18 hrs a day.
