This is totally ridiculous. There's no girls safety overall. I joined on May 3rd 2021 and resigned on 18 th October 2021.when I was on my notice period someday I got harassed by my line manager so that I raised my voice but everyone ignored and even they asked me to give handover before notice period... What type of politics are they.. HR is totally phycho. She used to demotivate employees. There's no environment to work and there's no weekends. Company used to ask employees to work in Sunday's too with forcefully. Hr is disgusting. HR never listen any problems. U just have a job security in this company. Many of them are either busy in transferring you somewhere or back bitching you without much work to do. Yes a best place to work because you don't even have a mediocre pressure. Be in good books and act as if you have worked tremendouslly ull get 20-40% hike. But it won't guarantee you the financial security as there is poor financial management in the organisation...Read More

Spend unnecessarily on trips and events but not on giving salaries on time. Ex: A guy working as admin and a hr in gurgaon is all the way invited by flight for review meetings to distant locations. The money could have utilised wisely.

There is so much little to like here, may be the local staffs who are working here have a good hearts nothing more..

It has a long list. 1. Salary pending for 2 months now. 2. No overtime salary. 3. They donot give you promoting only impose extra work. 4. No bonus or leave if worked in a holiday. 5. No solution is provided for real time problems, only "jumla" is done here.
