no job security at all you are always on the knife, HR policy, no phones allowed, NO coordination between teams always fighting & blaming each other. no healthy atmosphere for an employee, no salary growth as well, workload, Saturday is not off. without giving any proper training they expecting to work as per standards.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
