It says recruiting Right people at right place, this concept is not applicable here. Very poor skill people working on higher level or on a good position. In some cases few managers are not fit to be managers. Very wrong choice of people who are managing teams.

Mismanagement, process are not define, nothing is planned and organized, best example of unorganized company. Really boring environment, unnecessary disciplines

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hi Everyone. I have 2 offers 1) Ness Digital (Hybrid role in Hyderabad) offering X LPA. 2) Qualitest (Fully Remote) offering X-3 LPA. My hometown is Bhopal, which is way less expensive than Hyderabad. My mind is telling to save money and work remotely. But I am not sure how these 2 companies are Kindly suggest which company to join
