Company pays for courses employees wish to do. Job security is there until u are caught for integrity issues.

Dislikes

Too much of process to be followed.. Sales team has to do almost everything, tracking of shipment, collection and customer service..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
