Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

The job is very interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session but management expectation is very high. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work on before job roles under many managers with different.

Manager is everything in fedex. He have complete hold on your growth, increment , so if your manager is not good or you dont have good relationship then your growth will stop, very less hr intervention .
