Great experience with the company, I loved my working period in the company. The management and staff are so helpful and always have joyful environment. Salary increments are too good here, last time I got more than 30%. Work life balance is good and you can go home if your work is completed before the scheduled time. Flexible office hours, that l like most.

Dislikes

All are interesting projects but need to learn many things for each project. Sometimes this become stressful as we need to learn and still maintain the scheduled timelines.

I was a member of the Design Automation Team, supporting Software developers with 3D model preparation, Design Automation Approach development and Application testing.

I worked for more than 3 years with FDES and I learned many things here. I'm glad to start my journey here. Different varieties of projects. A lot of opportunities to learn. Management and the team are very supportive. Company policies are strict but not a problem. Good salary hikes, sometimes more than 30% to 50%, if your performance is good.

Dislikes

It would be better if it is 5 days a week. Currently, it is only for the 2nd and 4th weeks. Onsite opportunities are needed
