Job security is pathetic, since almost 99% of employees of FDDI are on one year contracts, subject to discontinuation / non-renewal of contract at absolute discretion (read: whim) of the top management (comprising of bureaucrats). Work Details

I have been a Faculty Member at FDDI for almost 7 years. The organisation discontinued service contracts of almost 80 employees (approx. 18% of total strength) on 30.06.2020, amidst the Covid 19 pandemic, without giving any reason or notice period.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
