Good work environment and culture. Seniors are always there to help.. you can learn a lot as mainly all manufacturing processes are used.. You can maintain perfect work life balance as no late sitting..

Dislikes

1. Canteen food is not good. 2. Compensation needs to be revised at lower level (Not as per current scenarios and competitors)
