The Vision and Passion of fasal in solving farmer's issues and helping them in all possible ways gives me motivation in working each day. The on-boarding was really good with many gifts and welcome kit. Whole team is very much supportive and there is no hierarchy at work, I can talk to anyone anytime in the team being founders or anyone about anything. All of my colleagues are very much skilled and I get to learn new things every day. Best part is, I get to design and work on my Idea from end-to-end and the team is really open to hear new technologies and ideas. We always focus on high-quality products keeping up with the new technologies and updating ourselves which helps a lot to grow as an individual.
