Dear All, dont you every try to work in this company. they treat you like slave ..they feel that we all are there " Gulams" ..HR is for only attendance ..they have no power .. they will cut your leave and suspend you for any mistake ...LOW Safety culture ..you are responsible for your own safety...Policies are on paper only. They will do mental torcher to you more when you are leaving....HR always ready to cut your salary ..but if you work more no overtime will be given to you...please dont apply to this company .instead of work as labor you will get some respect for your work... ....Read More

All dislikes ..Salary, Policy, Canteen (Just for name you have to bring your own food), Toilets pathetic , Timing (Entry if 5 Min late half day and if you stay for work for 3 hr no overtime ), System , Hygiene, HODS, Plant head (Does not no any system )
