Within 1 year, I saw layoff twice. Layoffs were done in very inhuman way. I was also impacted by the layoff. The layoffs were not dependent on the performance of the employees. It was because the company was terrible at managing it's business. The company over hired employees with insane salaries and then within less than one year fired everyone who were recruited within 1 year. People were fired within 1-1.5 month of recruitment. This shows how bad the company is in forecasting it's business and managing it....Read More
