Hectic working schedule...team leads are pathetic...they want employees to work 24 hours to complete targets, otherwise u get threats from them to terminate...no motivation.. When it comes to appraisal, u don't get anything for your hardwork..

It's a shame when someone has worked in the company for half a decade but don't have anything good to say professionally. That should give you a gist of how terrible the work environment is behind closed doors. It used be better when the Board of directors and the owner were involved in decision making and policy implementation in the olden days, ever since the things are left to the management things started to deteriorate. It is true the people don't leave the company they leave the manager and in this case the "management". They implement fast paced changes with uncooked policies and an extremely sloppy execution and the front line staff it left to deal with it on their own. People working at leadership roles barely care about the staff or the "CLIENTS" "customer ka toh kaam hi complaint karna" is the ideology of the people in power here so to speak. Sarcastic slurs are a in a fashion and are slung upon the at the front line staff every now and then casually, you may complaint to ER or HR but they are only there to take action towards lower level employees, the management is immune. Speaking against the management here is a career suicide. Highly unprofessional, regressive and oppressive kind of management most of it is to cover their own shortcomings. If you're looking for a promotion better be suck up cause promotions are done on the basis of sycophancy and not knowledge or merits, not a place to be if you like to keep your head down and be good at what you do it won't be noticed. The environment is extremely hostile and humiliating and employees DO NOT HAVE A VOICE. I have been mocked by managers for communicating in English during meetings, you can clearly take back how inferior, insecure and vulnerable the people at managerial roles are here. They chucked off maximum employees on the first couple of days of lock down. Then gradually within a fortnight it was like people were being fired from every department, and eventually they knew how many they require to save their skin and kept them, if it would sounded fair if there was a scale to measure as to whom they fired, but eventually it was only the basis of buttering. Job security is zero, personal relationship with manager works. Work culture is so negative you just can't breathe without once again pleasing your superior. Incentives used to be a motivation,, but now the incentives are also reduced,,, one can earn more in other companies with healty environment,,, in fareportal every 4 out of 10 employee will be chewing gutka,, you can find gutka satins on floor walls easily

The floor stings like hell,, you can rats moving here and there on the floor

The managers and team leaders would ask to extean if you don't extend they will remove your name from drop roster,, they will ask you to come to office on your week off as well,,, its feels like you are working in domestic BPO,,

There is nothing to be liked about working in fareportal except the fact that you learn about gds everything else is bull shit. Earning incentives used to be there but now people are not able to make that too as there is hardly any work left.
