Not at all supportive.. In the current situation of COVID-19 outbreak wherein every business is facing the outcomes of recession however supporting each other so as to overcome the situation, Fareportal is one company which not only stopped the appraisals but also denied to pay for the salary hike part of the employees who were recen tly promoted. Keeping in mind the current situation nobody opppsed company's decision, instead supported it in this hour of need. On the contrary, the company one day decided to reduce 30% of its staffing and randomly sent termination emails / calls to the employees without providing any valid explanation as to why they are terminating a particular employee. I got promoted recently and then too got terminated with no explanation. Either their management is faulty or they don't know how to manage such situations at all....Read More

Very slow career growth, there is no work satisfaction.we have job security on time we receive salary as well as we have some incentive also so this is the good part of the company
