Opportunity to grow due to lack of competition as they hire from the bottom of the table. If working for operation then have the opportunity to earn well but its not ethical.
Fareportal is a fairly new company. It is not employee centric. Lack policies and procedures. Lacks planning and systematic approach very unorganized.If talk about leaves they only believe in adjusting week-offs.

Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. Working at Fareportal was the worst professional experience of my life. The office culture is toxic, with zero regard for employees' well-being. The company's sole focus is on achieving targets, often through unethical means, such as pressuring employees to sell plane tickets or hotel bookings at exorbitant markups, particularly to vulnerable groups like senior citizens or those who are less tech-savvy. Selling a $100 ticket for $1000 is not uncommon, and this blatant exploitation is actively encouraged. Work-life balance does not exist here. The company demands extra hours almost daily and forces employees to work six days a week at least twice a month under false pretenses of unmet targets. They don’t care if you’re sick or hospitalized – meeting targets is the only thing that matters. Forget about promotions or skill development; you’re merely a cog in their machine, logging in to scam unsuspecting customers. The management is the worst part. A manager who went by the alias "Rob" epitomized the toxic environment. His behavior was outright abusive, constantly threatening employees with job loss if targets weren’t met. Complaining to HR is useless because they turn a blind eye to everything, protecting their own interests. His harassment drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. Leaves are'nt provided in time even when we have more than enough in our balance. Employees had no fix week'offs. Two days off's were rotated between colleagues and it was very inconvenient when we were given Week offs in place of Leaves. We had to manage next week without any off's and had to work whole 10 days in a row as previous weeks off's were adjusted as leaves.
