Likes

The new joinees were very good. In the begining they formed my support system. Training period was excellent. This is the time to have fun and learn a lot.

Dislikes

The managers in the Repair Section where I worked were terrible. In a span of 4 months, 6 new trainees left job due to harassment by the managers. I and one more girl were last to leave. No career growth in repair section. Work Place politics by the managers is high. Work environment is very volatile. If you are from North India, get ready to be made fun of. No work-life balance. You may be called on sunday too after working for contineous 6 days. Forget about getting leave for going home....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
