You will get good in the field Hydraulic, Pneumatic and electrotechnical, PLC. Working in 3D manifold -AS live is very super. Colleagues are very talented. They will help you in your journey here. They are very co-operative. New manager is cool. He will helps you in your further development both technically. I love that i work with this product based company which provides high quality product. Good working project. This has very strong global client base. Salary increment is not good. This is the main reason of Employees leaving this company. Management should provide at least 12% of increment. Also some of the employee benefits are missing. Number of leaves are less. At least Management should increase the sick leave. Also HR policy needs to be reviewed. Medical insurance does notcover your parents/spouse, manager should include this in the Health Policy. Maternity / Paternity leaves should be provided properly.
