Likes
The feasibility of work and the product.
The 3 directors and their professional behaviour.
The job is very easy, if you were given proper training and some knowledge on constitution.
Dislikes
Note: This is only my experience.
I joined with a lot of hope, but eventually ended up leaving the job.
The reason why I left is, I don't see anything good or any value to stay. And I don't feel myself, that I'm doing justice for the job.
My way of doing work is doing it without excuses or explanations. If something is thrown at me, I complete it. No matter what!
I don't blame, I don't complaint.
Bcz, I can't waste my time and energy for the things I can't prove or gain anything.
If I can't do, I seek support or leave it for better.
Few observations:
I understood the system, support requests. I was doing them.
My problem is
I wasn't able to do things with confidence on configs.
I want to do it clear, precise,fast and efficient and tried to get help and hadn't received any help from a single person. I reported, but
They didn't believe me.
1.No response to my calls/ messages from team members.
2. The director is the only person who cared, supported and trained me with some interest.
3. I wanted to create CS playbooks and document them for future reference from day 1 to last day of what's happening with a project.Nobody welcomed it. I discussed about process automation and optimization by discussing scenarios which are causing delays and causing churn. People just told "Don't worry about it"!
4. I was asked to handle projects without any download and later lot of pending issues of 6 months came up, I resolved few and flagged multiple times to manager, but of no use.
5. No professional communication, unorganised work requests from peers and just change the word to their convenience. It happened everyday atleast for once.
Since, I can't fight on daily basis.
