Likes

teammates were good and helpful. But the company owners won't let you breathe properly. They have problem with everything. There is no growth too.

Dislikes

No facilities provided. They use abusive languages.They comment on your clothes, shoes, hair n everything. They can shout for no reason and you are not even allowed to speak a word to clarify. Only a cup of tea will be provided in the entire day and the lunch time given is 15 mins max. People working here for around 10-15 years gets only 10-12k per month including accountant. mon to sat full day.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
