My experience was nice to work with fabindia. Fabindia is not taking care and supporting to their employees properly during the difficult time of covid-19. During covid-19 approx. 30 percent of employees are lost their job and rest are getting deducted salary 30 to 50 percents. Fabindia is not supported to their employees as expected.

Dislikes

No doubt company is very good but higher management staffs are not loyal with their staffs

Dirty politics, favouritism, nothing newness, same old story, no styling, nothing unique about it. Top management has big time Ego. Full of old aged people with lots of monotonous job profile. No support for changes made.

Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. Sometime management have to believe in those employees who worked for company very hard and who gave their 100% to grow the company. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company. If management knows that the employee worked very hard and was the part of company growth since many past years for the company then management have the review their entire carrier chart and take the decision or change the decision as per their review not as per company policy....Read More
