Teammates : All decent professionals in the Home Dept. except one single lady who is an ego-tripping,power hungry,manipulative person,an absolute nightmare. Training : No real opportunities for training. However, there is a weeklong comprehensive induction process conducted by HR & dept. heads, which is appreciable. Job Security : There are many people who have been working here for almost all of their professional lives, so it seems job security is good Career Growth : Not much scope in my current profile. Salary/Appraisal : Decent salary;appraisals however have been on avg. on the lower side recently. Travel : Required to visit stores in your market region every weekend & whenever needed. Politics : This is the biggest issue i have faced,happens extensively. Learning : Good scope of learning if one is interested in indigenous ,handloom,handicraft products & their market scope in india. Work Environment : Ok,except for one single lady who is overtly loud & aggressive for the sake of seeking attention & scoring brownie points with top management by acting so in their presence. Innovation : Not much really in terms of tech./systems, however they are innovative in their product design. Work-Life Balance : Decent....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
