Teammates : All decent professionals in the Home Dept. except one single lady who is an ego-tripping,power hungry,manipulative person,an absolute nightmare. Training : No real opportunities for training. However, there is a weeklong comprehensive induction process conducted by HR & dept. heads, which is appreciable. Job Security : There are many people who have been working here for almost all of their professional lives, so it seems job security is good Career Growth : Not much scope in my current profile. Salary/Appraisal : Decent salary;appraisals however have been on avg. on the lower side recently. Travel : Required to visit stores in your market region every weekend & whenever needed. Politics : This is the biggest issue i have faced,happens extensively.
