Management is really bad, to much of dirty politics, Old senior people knows how to use and get their work done. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. Sometime management have to believe in those employees who worked for company very hard and who gave their 100% to grow the company. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company. If management knows that the employee worked very hard and was the part of company growth since many past years for the company then management have the review their entire carrier chart and take the decision or change the decision as per their review not as per company policy....Read More
