A lot of internal company politics, the company is a lala company. Aadarsh(co founder) is a sadist person, he treats people like garbage. Doesn't hesitate to fire. The attrition is extremely high and no one is happy inside the company.

Its terrible for your mental health and well being, the managers will surely take up your success and blame will put on you if anything goes wrong that too behind your back and you will not know until its your annual appraisal cycle or when you are leaving the company. Also don’t expect any money from FNF because they will deduct it all.

Fab hotel is the worst company ever seen in my professional career. They don’t value the work of the employees. There is no HR policies.

I don’t like the behaviour of the VP and founder. After leaving the organisation they will take 5 months to clear your dues. HRs are useless hopeless and worthless. There is so much political environment, you can’t survive more than the 6 months. You will get your appraisal based on flatter with your manager not your on work. In terms of a startup, It's quite good. It's not overly strict; the timing is flexible, and there's no unnecessary salary deduction. The rest depends on your manager. Compared to other competitors and startups, they pay well. They pay very generously to senior management.

Dislikes

They are not focusing on long-term growth; management is focusing on creating their own wealth. They do not pay variable on time, and to some teams, not at all. policy changes on a monthly basis. No work life balance, anyone can call you at anytime, any day.
