It's a small company where junior engineer can learn a lot at fast pace
There are a lot of unsaid expectations & as part of tech team you are expected to be online 24x7. You can be asked to work even if you are on paid leave. Production releases happen in mid night and are mostly unplanned. And lastly the prime focus to fix and deploy fast NOT ON QUALITY. There's nothing for lead and above position to learn, only loads of work.

Fab hotel is the worst company ever seen in my professional career. They don’t value the work of the employees. There is no HR policies.
I don’t like the behaviour of the VP and founder. After leaving the organisation they will take 5 months to clear your dues. HRs are useless hopeless and worthless. In terms of a startup, It's quite good. It's not overly strict; the timing is flexible, and there's no unnecessary salary deduction. The rest depends on your manager. Compared to other competitors and startups, they pay well. They pay very generously to senior management.
They are not focusing on long-term growth; management is focusing on creating their own wealth. They do not pay variable on time, and to some teams, not at all. policy changes on a monthly basis. No work life balance, anyone can call you at anytime, any day.
