Recently, inexperienced new mid-level managers got into this position due to the position vacuum as existing people left, some of whom are not very technical but do pretend, and to continue that position, they are involved in politics and favoritism to manipulate the facts and recognition. And due to this, many hardworking engineers are frustrated. This frustartion may reflect in the upcoming employee survey results. 3.
