About a month ago, I accepted a 1-month contract job as a Python Full Stack Developer working on an image-searching project. It’s a 6-day workweek, completely work-from-office, in Hyderabad, and I’m being paid ₹70,000 per month. It was jewelry domain and just like startup. The project is now nearing its final stage, and the company has expressed interest in retaining me as a full-time employee. I’m seeking advice on: 1. How much package can I ask for? 2. What is the market rate for a Python Full Stack Developer with 4 years of experience in Hyderabad? 3. What should I consider while negotiating the offer?

Sellery will credit on time only one think is good

Dislikes

There is no sequrity about job and for sales company dependent on doctor and doctor focus on lasik surgery. Incentive structure is very nice but they give target who is not achived
