Mr Sunil regional manager is number one cheater he manipulate the leads & accounts of new joins & business unit head Mr Zaheer Abbas support such things for there personal development to showcase to company that they real work so hard. Also Sunil shows favouritism to word’s employees. Better don’t join in company until this 2people are there in the company. Zaheer calls even in sundays after office hours. There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

They should understand that a dubai market will be new for a person coming from another country and he needs time to explore and understand the market. And their product is that advanced as other companies in dubai.

Its B2B product is one of the amazing product in the market and it's renowned name in the education industry

Dislikes

They provide less as per industry standards and very poor Travel and other expenses for sales employee which way lower than other companies,hence a productive employee won't travel to client location due to this poor expenses. Senior management is stable since so many years so now they do hire fire to protect themselves and even they don't want to sale the new products
