Its a terrible company. They provide no security to the employees at all. They don’t how to talk in front of their employees or rather i would saya in front of girls especially. They use abusive language in the premises. No work culture. No discipline they have. They don’t have any time management as well.

There is of course lots of politics in the company and seniors I don’t know why they are working when they don’t solve out the issues. I joined this organization in feb end. In the month of march i worked for the whole month they didn’t even provide me the full salary of that month only. Excuse was given that because of pandemic thecompany is not able to manage the expenses. Without informing me they removed me from groups while working they sent me on furlough without any discussion or information i would say. Now my zimbra account also doesn’t works. The life at extramarks is pathetic. They call you at anytime and they make us stay till 8-9pm. No fix time. Worst company ever
