While I generally enjoy my experience at my current company, there are a few areas that I belive could be improved. One aspect that I find challenging is the salary structure. Sometimes, I feel that the compensation may not fully reflect the level of contribution and effort put into the work. However, I understand that salary structures can be complex and influenced by various factors. I believe that a more transparent and merit-based approach to compensation could help address this concern.
