Salary delays are a frequent issue, with “bank issues” commonly used as an excuse. • Toxic Work Culture: No respect for boundaries between work and personal time. You’ll be expected to work beyond regular hours withoutadditional pay or recognition. • Lack of Professionalism: Concerns are dismissed, and attempts to follow up on issues are often met with avoidance.
