Managers trying to show that one is incapable if person is not actively involved in show off activities. Expedia is a great organization to join. However, few process and management does really needs to work on themselves. They don't know how to run an organization without demeaning people.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

Toxic and unskilled managers who only know how to play politics and not actually engage with the team to know the real story, can get easily manipulated against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.
