Managers are very friendly in nature. Career growth it's very poor, opportunities are less. Work environment is good. We have more opportunities to learn. If somebody works in accounts receivables when ever they are free have opportunity to learn in accounts payable.

Dislikes

They will increase salary with less amount not in percentage. When salaries are increases alternatively like six months r yearly once all employees are feel happy to work there.

Work Details

I am happy to work in that team. But main problem is night shift that's why I left the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Am I being paid fairly? If not, how much should I ask for? Please help a rookie out. Thanks in advance

Teammates are very friendly in nature. Managers are motivating us to learn other process and sending us an skill development programmes within office.
