Its working environment and WLB. Job security is also there. You will get benefits, incentives awards vouchers recognition and yearly awards and annual gifts and lot of innovations and functional activities. Sat Sund is off. Salary always use to be credited on time. Good Package holders can stable there for long life. Work is there. Pressure is not there. Working hours are good. Nice Holidays. meals. Threats and Challenges:-- Appraisals are not up to the mark not sufficient. Salary packages for executives and associates are Very Less. Nights shifts are there. Not so much innovations as like offers in Diwali Holi that if u will work on those days u will get 2000/3000/5000 amount. EXL is a nice company and if it wants to retain a nice and better from nice, then they have to retain and maintain the status quo of "EXL never fires the employees" this policy. Working on to night shifts. Biasnes of managers/senior managers with their employees regarding OH and taking holidays and other things. Appraisals are not good. Salary packages of executives associates are very less. Do not give much hike to the employees hiring from outside the companies. They will pay u money if not providing Cabs. Every month there is incentive as per ratings. R&R is done at every 3 months. For meals they will deduct amount. they provide sudexos outing movies and parties too.
