Nothing, to be honest if I had option to rate them in minus i would have rated them -5 for all. They are not true to their words, make fake promises to get you onboard. Their culture and modus operandi is way too pathetic. They said there are incentives associated with every process from the company as well as client. Forget about client incentive even company has nothing to offer. They say it is 5days a week and 9.5 hrs a day but you are forced to work on 12 hours weekly rota twice in a month. If you object saying this wasnt mentioned in agreement, they will say if everything is mentioned in agreement then we will fall short of staff. On top of everything, they dont have new clients and process coming in so if in case your client says no to your service they will, by hook or crook make sure you resign.
