When I joined the organization the supperiors are supportive but latter when the boss changed I & entire region is facing problem with this rsm as he is not supporting his sub ordinates not even dealers or distributer who is the prime partner of company.

Company is good but people in this company is not supportive. They only chaplusi with boss nd make complain those who r new. Nd Boss also listen those employee who chaplusi.

I worked with Exide almost 2 years. EXIDE is purely a Bengali culture. No any support from upper management. Up line give harsh pressure to newly joined candidates ( not in terms of sales) , upper management only hears of such employees who spent long time in this company. They chaplusi with boss . Is company ka funda kaam mat karo chaplusi karo. It's happend in my case.
